When you request a quote, we collect your name and email and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, project description and attachments. An anonymised fingerprint of your IP address is stored to fight spam.
Purposes
This data is used only to review your request, contact you and prepare a commercial proposal. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
Retention
Requests that don't lead to a project are deleted at the latest three years after the last contact. Data related to a contract is kept for the applicable legal period.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Data is stored in an encrypted database and only authorised team members can access it.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics, without advertising tracking cookies, to improve the website.
