Data was scattered across disconnected tools, leading to double entry, stock discrepancies and a very slow month-end close.
Our solution
After mapping their processes, we configured Odoo (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting), built inter-site replenishment rules and migrated ten years of history. We rolled out site by site to keep the business running safely.
