The challenge
Purchasing relied on buyers' intuition, causing both stock-outs and overstock on fresh products.
Our solution
We built a data pipeline and a machine-learning model that accounts for seasonality, promotions and weather. Every morning, forecasts feed Odoo's replenishment proposals.
